Delivery–Intellectual Directness
Does the speaker want to be heard? Is the speaker alert? Do you feel the speaker is talking to you? Is the speaker friendly? Does the delivery sound like a lively conversation? Are words pronounced correctly?

Delivery– Oral Presentation
