Roles and Responsibilities
You are a major contributor to the success of MWA. Your hard work for the client results in repeat business for you and MWA. Include us on all major decisions for projects, send us the SOPs you write, and communicate any issues you encounter as soon as possible. Copy us on all audit agendas and reports and communicate any issues you encounter during an audit.

Roles and Responsibilities
MWA is responsible for resolving all issues regarding rates, contract extensions, and change in scope of work. Business development activities at a client site must be performed by MWA. MWA gives referral bonuses for new associates or new projects. Give us your ideas for what we can do to help you perform your consulting projects and audits more effectively.

MWA Best Practices Be professional at all times.
Stay out of company politics. Honor client requests for information even if you disagree (unless unethical or illegal). Discuss with MWA, if needed. Dress appropriately base on the client’s dress code. Be considerate of individual’s sensitivities (no heavy perfumes, etc.).

Reminders Submit invoices on time, by the 5th of the month.
If you turn in invoices late, you will be paid late. Be sure to use the MWA signature line. Notify us as soon as possible if you are having trouble completing your project or cannot meet written deadlines. Contact us immediately if there are personnel conflicts or HR issues that need resolution Read the MWA SOPs that you need to read.
