Our Goals Raise awareness Support people in need Raise awareness Create a change Experience the feeling of giving back Project Management Development of Skills Create an Impact 1. Raise awarness: we are so lucky and and often people are not aware about what is happening outside of the EBS Bubble 2. It is not only about making people aware about the less beautiful sides of life but making the more unforntnate people more fortunate 3. It feels really go to help and throgh the close and intense contact with the organizer Moses in Uganda, you know exactly how and when you are helping 4. Besides that it is a challenge and you can improve on your organization and negotion skills 5. On top of that of course it is a nice way to gather EBS students and especially integrate the exchange (international ) students into the EBS community Personal Development

Give a Goat Charity Event - Outcome
Reflection on the Project There are different means that can be bought out of money to help people. For us it was important to not only have a sustainable impact on the community but also raise the awareness in our EBS community! Collection of 600 € -> 6 goats Various opinions on the project by other students resulted in some debates, better integration of international students Communication skills (internal and external communication is essential) Clearer picture on the situation in Uganda, as we were in constant interaction with Moses Decision-making and negotiation It is important to start with such a project on time and set clear goals with a clear strategy towards them We really enjoyed being part of such a great project. It developed us personally and we believe it will have a long-lasting impact on our personalities but in our future career.
