SAMPro-Side Setup Service Categories Work Codes Call Scripts
Web Profile Client Sites Web Users Registry Settings

Service Categories FMAnywhere requires Service Categories in SAMPro to be setup on the Client Site Equipment Level The Service Category will determine which data is allowed to be viewed inside FMAnywhere

Work Codes Work Codes need to have a Service Category selected
Work Codes will need to be marked “Web Access Allowed” Recommended to use a generic ‘Web Service’ work code

Work Codes (Call Scripts)
Attach a Call Script to the work code to have your clients answer questions when filling out a new service request Prefix the question with a * to make it a required field

Web Profile The Web Profile groups together a collection of Client Sites The Web Profile controls which sites user has available

Web Profile (Custom Fields)
The Custom Fields are an optional feature to help filter subsections of client sites Example Owner Regional Manager A District Manager 1 Store Manager District Manager 2 Regional Manager B

Client Site Attach the Web Profile to the Client Site
Add any additional Custom Fields Store Number

Web User Enter Username, Password, Email Fields on the Main Tab
Enter a Web Profile to determine which sites should be visible Fill out any additional Custom Fields or Service Categories to limit the group of sites

Web User (Cloning Profiles)
On the Main Tab, scroll down to access the cloning function The clone function will take the dashboard layout for an existing Web User and copy that over to a new user Recommended to have a few template users to clone from

Registry Settings Sys-FMAnywhere
These registries will control where s are sent to Refreshonload -> Automatically refresh client KPIs when logging in DisableLayoutChanges -> Prevents users from adding or removing any KPIs on screen

Add Analytics Most people will prefer to add analytics for their customers then lock them down from adding more

Add List Analytics Used for text entry to help inform the customer

Filter Analytics You can pre-filter many analytics for your customers
Not advised to add filters to any Template profiles
