Maintain momentum by embedding programme within the Trust ‘Safety Culture’ Secure resources to ensure future sustainability Develop new projects – Sept 2011 to Aug 2012 Junior Drs present project results to Grand Round – July ‘12 Share Best Practice and raise the Trust profile Promote the message that junior doctors CAN improve service delivery and patient safety 7
