All exams are taken at the end of the two year course (at the end of Year 11).
There are 6 written papers (1 hour 15 minutes each), 2 for each subject.
Each paper is a mix of multiple choice, structured, closed short answer and open responses.

5. Coursework There is no coursework element any longer.
Students have to complete required practical investigations.
Practical skills will be tested within the exam papers.
