Welcome! Today I am going to show you how to interpret your candidate’s Assess Report which is used for professional or management level hiring. By the time we are finished with this training, you should be able to read and interpret each section of the Assess Report so that it can serve as a helpful tool during the hiring and interview processes.

3. Your Dashboard View This is your Dashboard or Homepage.
You will find your positions listed here
The status of your candidates will be listed inside the colored circles
Once the user has access to the site, the landing page will include all positions added as well as a summary of candidates’ status inside the colored circles

4. Creating a Position
Click the “Add Position” button when you are ready to begin
Before adding candidates to the platform, there must be a position created for them. Click on the ‘Add Position’ button to begin

5. Creating a Position If you choose the browse function:
Select a Category
Select a Job Title
Enter Position Information
Fill out the Location information
Scroll down to see where you may enter your own Custom Questions. You may enter up to 10 questions. These will not be included in any scoring.
Click Save and Create!

7. Menu Options for your New Position
Hover over the Orange Magnifying glass icon to view menu options. This is where you can quickly begin adding candidates for the new position you created.

8. Adding Candidates Add up to 10 Candidates manually

Import 25 Candidates at a time using a CSV File

Enter a due date for the assessment
You can add up to 10 candidates manually at a time. If you wish to add more than 10, then you must import 25 candidates at a time using a CSV file.
Adding a due date will not cause the link to expire nor will it render the position inactive. Use the “due date” as a means to keep the process moving along in a timely fashion.

A message from Chequed support will come through with the online process to start adding references.
They will need to add the number of references indicated by the company. Note- Not everyone is required to complete a self-assessment.

11. Sorting Candidates by Assessment Score
Back on the home page, you may choose which group of candidates you would like to view by the status options. Once the names appear, choose which heading you would like to sort by. Using the Status/Score option is great as it will allow you to focus on those who have the highest potential for success in that role.
