Table Talk Do you remember the first time you told someone that you believed Jesus was your Lord and Savior and/or the Son of God? (Please tell those at your table about it if you feel up to it!)

Some “So What’s” of this lesson
1. Wages of sin is death (spiritual & physical). Only a sinless, human “lamb” could at-one! 2. From Alpha to Omega God’s plan of redemption (to buy back) is unfolded. 3. Having revealed God to the Apostles and drawn out Peter’s confession in Him, Jesus describes what it will cost Him to be “the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.”

Continued “So what’s…”
4. From these tipping points in Jesus life, He concentrates His time, energy and teaching on those who would carry on the work He began. The Apostles were chosen to “be with Him and to be sent out to preach and to have authority to cast out demons.” Mk. 3:14-15

Conclusion In Deut. 34, Moses atop Mt. Nebo, across the Jordan River from Jericho, saw the PROMISED LAND he was not allowed to enter. Over 1200 years later, he and Elijah spoke with Jesus on another mountain top “of His departure which He was about to accomplish at Jerusalem.” Next week, Dr. Dale Matthews guides us on a healing stop in Jericho, lived in for ,000 yrs.
