1. Genetic Disorders
There are a few diseases that are due to a single gene. Presence of the disorder gene leads to production of an incorrect protein that can have very, very serious effects
As a group you will research one create a brief presentation, identifying the following:
A brief description of the disease
How is it inherited (dominant? Recessive? Anything special?)
How a defective protein leads to the effects of the disease
Anything else interesting or worth knowing
