RFP released/convening: April 20/21, 2016 Proposals submitted by: May 31, 2016 Awards announced: June 30, 2016 First convening of awardees: October 7, 2016 Second convening of awardees: December 2, 2016 At least one pilot launched: January, 2017 Remaining 2 to 4 pilots launched: September, 2017 Plan for expanded implementation: September, 2017 January 2017: Launch of at least one structured pathway that incorporates guided degree pathways, mathematics gateways and corequisite academic support. September Submit a plan to ODHE that outlines the process and timeline for an expanded implementation of all facets to more majors. This expansion report should include data analysis from pilots

Friday, December 2, 2017 What would be of most help at a second convening? A focus on advising in a corequisite environment? Would campus visits by ODHE and/or other institutions be of help and, if so, when?
