2 Kings and queens clothing They could wear fur if they liked.
Types of clothes The picture is of lady’s wardrobe. The tunic was long for women and short for men. Kings and queens clothing They could wear fur if they liked.

3 Materials wool Linen

4 wool Wool is sheared from sheep. Then weaved together .
Then made into clothing .

5 Linen Linen is a plant. Flax is the fluffy part. Which is used
It would’ve taken months to prepare. Linen is spun like wool and then woven.

6 Dyes is the colours that you used to colour the clothes .

7 Purple dye Dandelion roots Sea slugs Deadly nightshade

8 Red dye Kermes(insects) Meadow(root) Blackthorn

9 Brown dye Bogbean Hops

10 Pink dye Wild madder(root) Field madder(root)

11 Royal clothes

12 Tunic It was worn against the skin A tunic is in two shapes.
One with short sleeve and the other with long sleeves .
