Click to edit Master title style Click to edit Master title style A thesaurus will give you alternative ways of expressing the concept. Here we have: teaching, schooling, tuition, tutoring, instruction, coaching, training, tutelage, guidance; indoctrination, inculcation, enlightenment; formal edification. Note that there are two definitions given for ‘education’ and a list of alternatives for each. You won’t need to use all of these alternatives – some will not be relevant to your research, but it is a quick and easy way of getting a list of words (and not missing any out!).
