$21.5 million investment from seven health organizations Investment leverages $68M from other sources including LIHTC, NMTC, City, County, Metro and Foundation \ Philanthropic Three new buildings that will add nearly 380 units of affordable housing to the Portland area Includes a new health clinic in East Portland Coming in 2018… Housing Is Health: Collective Investing for Greater Community Impact The Jeans’ Day partnership with CCC couldn’t come at a better time! CCC is working to add nearly 380 units or urgently-needed housing in the next several months – we’ll start breaking ground in late July and fundraising is continuing to completed funding to open these buildings in 2018. Interstate Apartments 51 units Stark Street Apartments 153 units Eastside Health Center 175 units

5 Stark Street & Interstate Apartments
Interstate’s 51 units will be operating under the City’s N/NE Housing Strategy focused on a right- to-return for communities of color displaced from North Portland. Interstate will break ground in August Interstate Apartments Stark Street Apartments Stark’s 153 units will be focused on employed graduates of transitional programs and homeless families, including a partnership with NARA Stark Street Apartments will break ground in September Housing Is Health: Collective Investing for Greater Community Impact

Integrated health center serving up to 2,000 patients Serve medically fragile people, people in recovery from addictions and mental illness Access for burgeoning Eastside homeless population 52 beds providing medical and mental health respite care 10 units providing palliative care housing 133 units recovery housing 90 SROS – Transitional 34 Studios – Permanent On-site case management, employment services, permanent housing placement, coordination with other systems Housing Is Health: Collective Investing for Greater Community Impact
