Chequed Fit Overview System & Report (Approx. 5 minutes) SCRIPT: Welcome! Today I am going to show you how to interpret your candidate’s Assess Report which is used for professional or management level hiring. 4 Sorting Candidates by Assessment Score
Back on the home page, you may choose which group of candidates you would like to view by the status options. Once the names appear, choose which heading you would like to sort by. Using the Status/Score option is great as it will allow you to focus on those who have the highest potential for success in that role.

5 The Report The Overview Tab will display the Overall Score and potential rating for the candidate. The responses provided to each question are grouped into their relevant predictive traits, providing a score for each trait. This allows you to see where the candidate’s job-relevant strengths are. Overview- This tab will display the overall score and potential rating for the candidate. You will also see how long it took the candidate to complete the survey Each individual competency score is shown as you scroll down As you can see, the overall score is shown at the top of the screen. The more checks they have, the higher potential for this candidate’s success!

6 Key Insights The Key insights tab provides a verbal interpretation of the candidate’s score per each trait. The Key Insights tab allows you to easily read a summary of the results. The system has automatically transferred their scores into an easy to read behavioral narrative. There is no need to try and interpret the results yourself as the system has done all the work for you!

7 Business Impact Questions
The Business Impact Questions tab provides standard interview questions per trait. Structured, behavioral questions may help to learn more about areas where the candidate appears either weaker or stronger.

8 Coaching Suggestions The Coaching Suggestions tab automatically generated verbal cues provide you with ways to onboard your candidate based on their scores. This provides an effective way to coach your client into quickly becoming a top performer.

9 ChequedSucceed™ The Chequed Succeed tab compares candidate responses against other openings automatically. Great for succession planning to explore employee fit for other roles.
