2 About Me: I have been teaching for 14 years, all at Fontainebleau High School. In 2004, I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education/Biology and General Science grades In 2012, I earned my Master's degree in Educational Leadership. Student Council Sponsor

3 Class Expectations Be respectful of self, others and property.
Be prepared for class. Arrive on time and be seated when the bell rings. Only bottled water is allowed. Snacks may be consumed as long as it is not distracting to others or a lab day. Remain on task until dismissed. Follow all school rules.

4 Each student should have:
Binder for all class materials Loose-leaf paper 3 Prong pocket folder for journaling Number 2 pencils and blue or black ink pens only

5 Written homework is given almost every night during the week.
Homework is most often graded on accuracy. Most quizzes are unannounced. Students are expected to review class notes daily. Too much information is given to wait until the night before a test to prepare. Test are given at the end of each unit of study. There will be a 2nd quarter teacher made This is an EOC course. Students will be required to take a state standardized end of course test in biology. This will count as the 4th quarter exam grade worth 20% of the final 4th quarter average.
