3. GCSE Unit 1, GCSE Unit 2, Best AS Film and Best A2 Film.
On 28th November, the Queens Film Theatre played host to the final of the Foyle Film Festival.
The showcase displayed the top 6 films in each of the following categories:
GCSE Unit 1, GCSE Unit 2, Best AS Film and Best A2 Film.
At A2, Methody had two films selected in the top 6, although they were not placed. (Megan Kealy- Patient and Danielle Swindells- Waste)
At AS Jake Desmond won 1st place for his film Flipside and received the Foyle Crystal Award
Ruth Rodgers was awarded 1st place for her Untitled GCSE unit 1 piece.  She also received the Foyle crystal.
At GCSE Unit2- Charlotte Dixon McKnight was awarded 3rd place for her untitled piece
With 300 entries, Methody have again displayed a standard of excellence by making it into the top 6 for each category.

4. At AS Level, Jake Desmond won 1st place for his film Flipside and received the Foyle Crystal Award

5. Ruth Rodgers was awarded 1st place for her Untitled GCSE unit 1 piece.
She also received the Foyle Crystal.

6. Charlotte Dixon McKnight was awarded 3rd place for her untitled piece for GCSE Unit 2.
