To use the PDF as Librarians and recommend/discover/assist Librarians to use the PDF
To look at the Framework in Triads
To look at ways to provide motivation and reward by accrediting & acknowledging engagement

To facilitate sustainable Communities of Practice

We want to embed and champion a PDF that addresses the complex nature of all our work and sustains ongoing learning so that we may better serve our students, our institutions and our practice as Librarians.

We are typically shy about confronting personal qualities in our work which can make engaging with the Domains challenging
We are used to more mechanical models of development rather than the holistic model offered by the Framework
