Speed casing
Students take two cases names from a hat
They check their own knowledge of facts and legal principle
They then sit in two rows (like speed dating).
They test the person opposite them on the case and vice versa – 2 minutes
They then move to the seat on their right and repeat until everyone has been tested on every case

Mind palace
Throughout topic we build mind palaces such as;
A street where all houses represent an offence e.g. no 47 oapa street = section 47 of offences against the person act 1861
The people who live in the houses are the defendants in the case law we study
Over the road is the law commission building where we store our proposals for reform
