2 Licensor: GuaGua GuaGua is Luxury e-commerce business that sells designer quinceanera’s dress. These are dresses are made to fit any body shape and size, making the special day perfect with the dress to die for. GuaGua dresses stays true to the traditional dress but adds a unique touch. All the dresses are hand made and altered to the specific customer. The dress has creative embroidery and the price range is from $2,500 to $35,000.

4 Target Market Our customers are willing to spend lot of money.
Women from ages Preferably 15 years olds, with a Hispanic and Latino background. We also targeting the mothers of the birthday girls, so they are roughly, years old. These are wealthy, religious, educated and sophisticated women. These women love and are involved with their Hispanic and Latino background.

They sold costume jewelry and stationery 1845 real jewelry became the essence of the company 1853 Charles Tiffany bought out his partners and remained the company to Tiffany & Co. By 1940s they started selling silverware, timepieces, perfumes, and many more luxury products

8 Target Market 1st type Gift givers & Gift receivers The gift receivers are mainly targeted to special occasions like Christmas, valentine's day or birthdays 2nd type Self-buyers are 20-34, they buy mid-ranged luxury goods they are women educated, sophisticated and they like mid-ranged luxury goods. GuaGua fits in better with the gift receivers target market because GuaGua are luxury dresses for quinceanera's and Tiffany has luxury jewelry. Since it is a birthday 15th party the girl will receive lots so jewelry.

9 Corporate Culture The culture has to do with never compromising the value of the Brand. They are philanthropic giving and want their company to be more then just a business where luxury items are sold. They really stress they do responsible mining. 10 Pricing category extension- necklaces and rings
There will be quinceneara necklaces Materials gold, white gold and rose gold. Tiffany necklace price range is $60-$150,000 For the Tiffany gold material, and the prices range can go from $ $64,000. GuaGua gold necklaces price range will be $425 to $10,000. Tiffany white gold prices range goes from $225- $22,000, GuaGua white gold necklaces to be $225-$8000. Tiffany rose gold necklaces go from $425-$52,000. I want the GuaGua rose gold to be 425-$12,000.

11 On The Necklaces I want a couple religious necklaces like a cross or the virgin Mary. The reason I want this is because a quinceneara is also a very religious celebration, you go the church on this day and get a blessing from god for the beginning of the girl’s women hood. I also wanted engraved on the back necklaces the date of the quinceneara.

14 Licensing Agreement I want one million dollars up front, with a 10 percent royalty. Tiffany will have to maintain the image of the brand and preserve the traditional elements that makes this product different from any other jewelry. Tiffany and Company was a licensor for Luxottica and Tiffany is a licensee for Elsa Peretti and Paloma Picasso. They are located in on the Tiffany website under collections. As Tiffany maintained their brands, my company, GuaGua will be expecting the same.
