The challenge Will we empower the kaiāwhina and social service workers to have people, and their health and social needs, be supported holistically? What if, we empowered these workforces to help close the gap between health and social services?

They are the eyes and ears of the community, but they: need to know, what they are seeing and hearing need to know, what to do
