2. What is Relay?
Relay for Life is a charitable fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. It brings people together to honor survivors, remember loved ones, and raise money to fund ACS in their efforts to “create a world with more birthdays.”

3. The Logistics WHEN: October 21 - 22, from 6 PM - 6 AM
-It is a 12 hour event, but students will still earn 24 hours of community service for participating
WHERE:
Hoover High School, in the upper quad
WHAT TO BRING:
*comfy clothes
*chairs / blankets / air mattresses
*snacks

4. “CANCER DOESN’T SLEEP AND NEITHER DO WE”
Rules and Regulations
*You MUST check in with your designated chaperone EVERY HOUR, ON THE HOUR
*Once you arrive at the event, you cannot leave until the event is completed
*No self-drive, all participants must be dropped off
*No tents are allowed
*Beverages will be provided, you cannot bring your own
*NO SLEEPING!!!
