Conducted bilateral meetings with potential vendors throughout Summer 2008 Released Request for Comment 30 Oct 08 Summarizes FAA's Data Communications operation environment Continue to communicate with industry on the details of the service acquisition Developing draft acquisition strategy paper to be released to industry for comment The exact scope of the service and contract are still under development 5
