3 5 Takeaways from National Student Leadership Summit
How to Be A Leader 5 Takeaways from National Student Leadership Summit Leadership comes in different forms – some people are leaders on the field athletically, in the classroom academically, etc. There is not one true way to be a leader. The more leaders you have on a team, the more successful you’ll be. Being a leader is about recognizing strengths that are different from yours and realizing that everyone has something to contribute. Leadership may take being in an uncomfortable position but it is important to have the courage and strength to take risks. A part of a leadership is showing others how to be leaders and take your place after you.
