RICT Project Solutions : Under RICT Project Hand Held devices and applications for network connectivity will be provided to approximately 1.30 lakh Branch Post Offices (7258 Branch Post Offices of Madhya Pradesh Circle) for enabling GDS Post Offices to perform all transactions electronically. No branch office did the CBS transaction in Vidisha division. Till now only CBS Transactions are performed in MP Circle causing the circle to be in bottom 3, therefore hon’ble CPMG sir has emphasized to ensure each BPM must use the MCDs for daily transactions of eMO and CBS by 25th July 2017. Learning from RICT Rollout phase -1: DO Hierarchy data must be cross verified minutely before submitting to circle or RICT operations to avoid incorrect mapping of Branch offices. Rollout should be plan by excluding TNF locations. Training environment must be created at least a week before the schedule plan of rollout activity. Rural Hardware device preparation and testing is very crucial step for successful implementation of project therefore Divisional SPOC must be present during the process. Department of Posts, India 8
