The food that can make our skin healthy are : Strawberries may help ward of Wrinkles Tomatoes may protect your skin from sunburn Tofu may help to preserve skin firming collagen Papaya may help protect skin cells against sun damage Pink grape fruit may help your skin smooth Tea may protect your skin against skin cancer Pumpkin may protect your skin from UV damage

Some Exercise to keep our skin Healthy
Exercise make you sweat: sweat purges your body of toxins that can clog pores and plague your skin with pimples and blemishes. Exercise tones your muscles, the more you are beneath your skin. Exercise boosts oxygen and blood flow to the skin. Exercise eases stress, exercise has long been known as a great way to relieve stress. Exercise gives your complexion a beautiful natural glow, when you exercise your skin begins to produce more of it’s natural oils.

French fries: can cause our face oily because there is to much oil in the French fries Chicken is so oily and can cause problem to our skin for example it can cause acne and pimples. Nut and peanut can cause allergy to our skin.
