3. Overall Testing Approach by MOC
Objective: demonstrate MOC can support operations
Test campaign from L-3 yrs to L-5 months.
Increasing scope and complexity
Engineering Acceptance-> SW Acceptance -> Interface Tests -> Operations Validation
Instruments tests will be part of Interface Test Campaign (SVTs) and Operations Validation.

7. Conclusion
ESOC is awaiting FOP inputs as agreed at Instrument Commanding Workshop in Sept/2016. So far, a grand total of 0 procedures by 0 Instrument Teams has been received. We seem to be running behind schedule.
