University today: following the results of the General evaluation of higher education institutions and specialties RK in 2015: - 8 th place among higher education institutions of the country; - 4 first, 2 second, 3 third places in RK in a range of specialties;; since October, 2012 KGU is the member of the European Association of Universities; annually on specialties of the engineering and agricultural directions more than 20 foreign professors give lectures; one of 10th breakthrough higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan will carry out training for the industrial enterprises of the country and provide scientific and technical support in the priority directions. In June 2014 University passed institutional and specialized accreditation according to international standards in the national accreditation body - the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) for a period of 5 years (certificate of accreditation from ). Specialized accreditation was conducted on all specialties of higher and postgraduate education of the University.

Within the program of industrialization 10 higher education institutions were determined on the basis of which the integration of science with branches of economy and training will be provided I charge to create the material resources of these educational institutions, directed o.n these purposes to 10 billion tenges till 2017.

Our tasks It is entrusted to the University by the government of RK to carry out the training in a specialized magistracy for such sectors of economy in the northern region of the country as the food industry and mechanical engineering. The funds for the development and deployment of the new educational programs and the arrangement of material resources of the higher education institution are allocated at the University. 124 grants are awarded for training on experimental educational programs in 2015 ;.

What is being done for the solution of problems of the SPIID-2?
At the expense of the republican budget: The equipment of complex laboratory for 240 million tenge is acquired and installed; 2 educational programs including the participation of the leading European higher education institutions and innovative enterprises are being developed; foreign professors for teaching are invited; teachers of KSU are trained abroad; The set for a profile magistracy is made.

Introduction of effective forms of the arrangement of educational process for ensuring the quality of training of specialists Use of block and modular technology of development of subject matters with realization of ERWG and work practice as continuous kinds of activity throughout the entire period of training. Technology pluses: development of modules in a short time; combination of various forms of theoretical training with ERWG and work practice for carrying out training in the conditions of the enterprises; convenience of the invitation of foreign scientists; 30% of time of studies and ERWG – at the innovative enterprises, 70% of time of studies and ERWG – in audiences and in complex laboratories at the higher education institution; 100% of time of work practice – at the innovative enterprises; Performance and protection of the master thesis on the conditions and materials of real production. Existence of essentially new work practice focused modular educational programs and the work practice focused system of training will allow to change the contents and quality of education in its essence – to carry out the training of specialists without the need for "finishing learning" at the enterprises

30% of time of studies and ERWG is at the innovative enterprises; 100% of time of work practice is at the innovative enterprises; Laboratory works in the research activity is on the enterprises' resources ; Performance and protection of the master thesis in conditions and on resources of the production.

Education through researches
It is impossible to train the contemporary expert without involvement into the scientific researches! Thus: Researches have to be real, and in demand; Researches have to be conducted not only in the laboratories of the university, but also with the usage of the equipment and innovative technologies of the enterprises; It is necessary to teach the graduates to develop the business projects, to assist in the advance of decent works to an introduction stage. The obligatory requirement to the master thesis – its research character.

The effective selection on programs of training
The distribution of grants according to the program of early hiring: The participation of the enterprises in professional orientation work for selection of the interested graduates; Carrying out the fair of vacancies – selection of candidates by the enterprises in a magistracy; The conclusion of the tripartite contract (the employer – the graduate – the higher education institution) at a receipt stage at the university with a working off condition of the enterprise within three years. Early hiring provides: Employment at an early stage; Interest of the enterprise in a choice of future employee and in his high-quality training; Work practice orientation training at the exact enterprise; Practical orientation of researches of the master thesis with the development of rationalization proposals on the improvement of work at the enterprise.
