Start with Placement in Mind
Important to recruitment and selection is making sure that candidates for your Youthbuild program are ready to be successful. Integral to any YouthBuild program is that youth be placed in employment (including the military) or post-secondary education and/or advanced training/occupational skills training. Start with this goal in mind.

1-3 week orientation for pre-screened prospective YouthBuild students

What is the Purpose of Mental Toughness?
Gets young people ready for YouthBuild Expose them to high standards, love, support and respect Builds positive peer group Helps make the final selection of young people who will enroll in YouthBuild
