Please note: for the ATS 2017 International Conference, the following Faculty Disclosure Slide templates are intended for use by presenters of Sunrise, Meet the Professor, Medical Education and Faculty Development Seminar and Thematic Seminar series, who must bring their presentations to their meeting room (i.e., do not use the advance upload process), and must personally produce and display a disclosure slide at start of presentation to comply with accreditation requirements.
Faculty for other CME-accredited sessions will instead use the new automatic process described in the “Revised Instructions for Disclosure by Presenters of Relevant Commercial Interests” posted at:
