Various properties are available for the license: Software Type, Version, Copies, Rating, Manufacturer, Serial Numbers, Funding Source, Purchase Date, Renewal Date, Warranty Expiration, Maintenance Expiration, Costs, Asset Tags, Reseller, TechSupport, who to notify for renewal and who last modified the License.
All of this information can be reported upon and is visible in the Calendar View.

Calendar View gives you a visual of the Software Licenses that need renewing. At the bottom of the screen, you will see the Active Months for the current year and how many items are coming due per month for renewal.
The Active Years listing at the bottom also shows the years that have renewals due.
Both the Active Months and Active Years are clickable so you can quickly maneuver to a specific month and year at the click of a button.
