5. Salary Range Salary Range for GS-5/7: $41,167-$51,850 Annually
Law Enforcement Ability Pay gives workers an extra 25% for an average of 10 hours of overtime

6. Steps to Prepare for the Job
Must attend a comprehensive training program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center In Glyco, Georgia
Attend a nine week Criminal Investigators Training Program covering basic federal criminal investigation techniques, including federal criminal laws, courtroom procedures, enforcement operations, interviewing and firearms training common to all federal law enforcement rights
