There is strictly no admittance to class after commencement for safety reasons. As a courtesy to the class, do not leave until the class has finished.

This is a great way to exercise as it causes less stress on your body, bones and joints. DEEP WATER Using buoyancy belts this is a deep-water class that is impact-free & designed to suit all levels of fitness. Being submerged in the water creates resistance from all sides which makes opposing muscles work equally & gives you a great full body workout.
