17. Facts To Consider Must be prepared for broken hearts!
If they remain faithful to their mission, they will be “crucified” at least once in their lives!
In the middle of doing the very thing God has called them to do, they can be fired!
The devil works hardest on those (churches and preachers) who are doing the Lord’s work effectively!
Boldly proclaiming the whole counsel of God (Acts 20:27) means not being concerned with “rocking the boat,” challenging the “status quo,” being “politically correct” or playing political games!

18. Why Are Fewer Training To Be Preachers?
Some have a hostile view of preachers.
To some highly influential people, preachers are second class citizens.
How many preachers sit on the boards of “our” universities?
Who is the most expendable person in the congregation?
Young men in the church see a “double standard” that is used on preachers.
Parents see it too and thus do not encourage their sons to consider preaching nor daughters to marry a preacher.
