2. ELENA (from F.Butin)
The ion source is now operated at 85 kV (instead of 100 kV nominal), in the hope to keep some margin and save the HV transformer. Still with H- ions. Stable operation.
The parameters of the injection line and septum + kicker  have been adjusted to improve injection parameters. The RF cavity voltage loop has been turned on, phase and amplitude are acting as programmed through LLRF and bunched beam is circulating, see attached.
The tune measurement is not operating yet.
The SEM monitor installed (readout not final) is behaving erratically, and not giving useful measurements yet.
Out of the 3 other SEM’s present at CERN, 1 is leaking and needs to be repaired, 1 is in vacuum acceptance test, the other is waiting for this test.   We have 10 other tanks waiting but corresponding detectors are still in Japan. They are experiencing leaks with feedthroughs.
There are no news regarding the e-cooler delivery schedule (expected in May-June ?).
The 2 damaged LPU’s are being repaired at main workshop, expected back in May-June.
The  installation of e-.cooler / LPU’s and SEM should ideally be synchronized to minimize down time, dates to be adjusted depending on availability !

5. EHN1 NP status
EN/CV: Installation of the AHU on their platforms is done. Piping, air ducts, cabling and commissioning are following (April, May)
EN/EA: XTDV tables are installed, beamline areas upfront of the pits are closed
SMB: Structural follow up of the building (25/04/17)
EP: Clean room metallic structure will arrive on the 12/04/17
Need to un-install some of the yellow fences, will be done from the 23/04/17
EP: Fire safety matrix et risk assessment will be on EDMS approbation soon
EN/CV: Fire fighting network to be commissioned with firefighters
EP, EN/EA: Cleaning campaign has to be realized at the end of the EYETS (preparation ongoing)
SMB/SE: Access stairs to NP04
