How we got here The CAD/PAD team has been working F-35 for over 10 years CAD/PAD Development CAD/PAD Sustainment (JSF CAD/PAD Working Group) In 2014 the services joined the working group Headquarters Marine Corps Air Force Integration Office In 2016 the F-35 Joint Program Office conducted a Business Case Analysis for Sustainment Support of the CAD/PAD product line Lockheed Martin (PBL Support) NAVAIR PMA-201/Indian Head (Organic Support)

How we got here On Nov 9th 2016 the F-35 Executive Director Mr. Todd Mellon Signed a Memorandum For Record directing the team to implement Organic Support of the CAD/PAD product line for the F-35. Key Dates Jan 2017 Transition Kick-Off Summit Feb 2017 Update BCS April 2017 Update F-35 Product Support manager 1st Qtr. FY2020 Transition Complete

Groups are made up of Subject Matter Experts from stakeholders
Where we are at The CAD/PAD Transition Team Formulated A Transition Plan A Fulltime Project lead was selected and staffed A formal transition plan was authored and approved by leadership Transition Working Groups formed in Areas of responsibility Requirements Determination Modeling Procurement & Contracting Supply Support ALIS/VFS Inventory Management/Global Pool Supply Sustaining Engineering Demilitarization Groups are made up of Subject Matter Experts from stakeholders

Worldwide Fleet scheduled to triple in size by 2020
Where we are at Currently World Wide we are operating ~124 F-35A ~55 F-35B ~28 F-35C Worldwide Fleet scheduled to triple in size by 2020

The plan for support The F-35 CAD/PAD Support plan is a Joint Plan with equal support for all Partners Global Pool Worldwide requirements modeling Joint Contracting Plan may have adjustments for Partners unique requirements Shipping Demil Plan is being finalized for implementation by the Working Groups
