New notification method automatically sent 45 days prior to end date to the Project Department Fiscal Manager (PDFM) for all Oracle Grants Accounting (OGA) projects. Expect to see these in May for projects with end dates in July!

21 RGC Hot Topics Revised PPQ – stimulus checkbox Staffing Update No-Cost Extensions – updated procedure and form Stimulus Competitive revisions may be done in InfoEd rather than Adobe as previously thought. Budgets for these should follow the same format as the original application.

Not necessary to have obtained IACUC approval within the 10-day deadline usually given for submission of JIT information Likely that awards will not be made until June and there is plenty of time to follow the process for submitting information for IACUC approval.
