Orange: scanning for uplink – text displays: Scanning then Syncing
Green: Uplink established
Downlink Icon:

Orange: negotiating Downlink through Satellite – text display Ranging
Green: Downlink established – text display Ranged

6. Modem GUI Network Entry: No progress: network issue
Gray: Links not established, Network Entry disabled
Orange: Negotiating Network entry and registration Network Entry
Green: Network entry successful

7. Modem GUI DHCP: No progress: network issue
Gray: Links not established, DHCP Acquisition disabled
Orange: DHCP acquisition in process – text display DHCP or software update in progress – text display undefined.
Green: DHCP complete and, if necessary, software update complete.

8. Modem GUI Online: All four values should display green.
If all values are green and there is no connection to the internet, reboot the router/modem and attempt to lock on more time.
If all values are green and there is no connection to the Internet a 2nd time, escalate to the NOC.
