5 • Since its development and launch there have been over 40,000 staff from health, social care, criminal justice and independent sector environments accessing the KUF awareness programme nationally, including 22,000 who have accessed and used the Virtual Learning Environment since 2011 • There are now a number of new adaptations to the awareness training focused on the following areas: o Working with women and personality disorder – (1 day awareness and 4 day enhanced training) o Prison Officer training (2 day model)  o Probation and Primary Care Reception staff (1 day training each) o Peer supporter and 'listener' training in Prisons (1 day) o New awareness models – WKUF and Prison Officer training • The awareness training focused on women and personality disorder is being rolled out nationally with over 400 staff trained in the one day training and a number of national cohorts of the 4 day enhanced training being delivered currently at key sites • We have also delivered adapted KUF training to the close supervision centre (CSC) staff in selected prison environments, with further development inputs planned and an adapted KUF model for working effectively with the unique challenges of those who have committed sexual offences is also in the early stages of development.

6 BSc Degree & Stand alone modules
• There has been one full cohort of the 3 year BSc delivered with 14 students graduating in 2014• There have been over 120 students studying on BSc stand alone Modules with 5 currently being delivered across the country including:  • Women and Personality Disorder: Responding effectively to the Challenge • Developing a Shared Understanding of Personality Disorder • Challenges of Personality Disorder: An Interpersonal Perspective                     • Developing psychologically informed case formulation with complex, high risk offenders • Further modules are due for delivery in 2015/16 specifically targeting staff working in the personality disorder pathways 

7 MSc MSc Delivery & Service Development Projects
• There are currently 104 students studying across 6 national cohorts of the MSc Programme. These cohorts are being delivered in Nottingham, London and Leeds.  Of those students, there are currently 48 students undertaking a service development project (SDP) as their final piece of work focused on improving personality disorder services. Examples of the themes these innovative projects address include: -Exploring the transition experiences of staff working in PIPES environments within the offender pathway -Understanding the learning experiences of students completing KUF awareness training -Examining the knowledge structures that inform the way probation staff work with offenders described as personality disordered -Exploring service users experience of therapeutic interventions and environments -Examining the impact of case formulation training on staffs attitudes to service users • The first KUF graduation ceremony took place in 2014 with a number of awards for BSc and MSc students presented by Nick Benefield.
