D. Roosevelt opening speech) 1941 – NTSC standard approved (525 raws, 30 frames per second);, the first TV commercial advertisment from WNBT tv- station, NY. ... the 2-nd world war - stop of TV research and development 1945 – revival of Development (not only of weaponry) 1946 – 6400 TV receivers in USA - arising of new TV stations and transmitters (broadcasters/ TV licence owners) frequency spectrum dividing policy – mutual non disturbing frequency bands, TV signal covering the world surfaces ... 1962 – 58 million of TV receivers in USA (households, hotels, ...)
