Background of Researcher
WP RT 3 Background of Researcher Professional 2004 Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator, BVCPS (BD) Successfully managed the QA department and achieve the “ISO 17025” Quality Management Certificate. Skills developed included: Project management- delivered required results on time, and within tight schedule(ISO Certificate) Planning and flexibility- agreed detailed QA plan with the General Manager, which was reviewed weekly. Used these reviews to modify the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) when an alternative research strategy was suggested by a colleague, resulting in enhanced results and quick implementation of the QA policy. Negotiation- through contacts with the Clients, Agents and Vendors on technical and operational matters based on textiles technical standard and “ISO 17025”. Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator, BVCPS (BD) Initiated and co-ordinated the QA policy with other colleagues to identify their particular needs and conducted regular monitoring of the SOP as part of the quick implementation of the QA system. Random checking of test results, recommending the corrective and or preventive actions for all types of irregularities, analysing the root cause for incorrect testing and handling customer complaints. Organizing the intra-and inter laboratory verification practices to reduce the variability of the testing process. Testing Engineer, MTL (BD) LTD Working across four distinct areas of laboratories (such as physical, chemical, analytical and conditioning) demonstrated independent thought in analysing problems, adopting suitable strategies and developing new techniques.
