Make new friends through participation Don’t hesitate to ask for help from others

Assess your attitudes Identify reasons for negative attitudes Find activities that help fewer negative attitude Choose activities that make you positive Change the situation Be active with friends Discuss your attitudes What are some other negative attitudes that keep people from being active, and how can those attitudes be changed? Negative: thinking you can’t do something. To be changed: think “you CAN do anything you put your mind to” and listen to your friends’ encouragement
