Individuals earning over $200,000 and couples earning over $250,000: 3.8% tax on investment income Insurers of employee sponsored health plans: 40% excise tax on "Cadillac" high-end insurance plans Employees of the health care industry: 2.9 percent excise tax on wares + fees Tanning salon owners: 10% excise tax on indoor tanning services Current and future Medicare recipients: Cut $132 billion over ten years
