2 Caloric Restriction = Longevity Diet?

3 What is it? CR consists in eating fewer calories (25% less) and maintaining adequate nutrition. Eating less is not enough, it will lead you to malnutrition. You must eat adequate vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients.
