3. MALTAB Renewal MATLAB codes expire 9/30 (tomorrow) PO is complete
Approval process took nearly 1 month
Codes are expected shortly
Codes will be sent to all active service requests in Service Now

4. Other Upcoming Renewals
SAS (hard-fail 12/31)
SPSS (hard fail 01/31)
JMP (hard fail 11/30)
Maple (perpetual; maintenance ends Dec. 10)

5. Managing Renewals and Semesters
The number of software expirations in early fall quarter is high
Other software includes Systat, SigmaPlot, Minitab, and some minor software
As we transition to Semesters, these will begin to fall in the middle of Autumn Semester
Long-range view of our software indicates we should prepare for the shift by realigning our expiration dates.

6. Adobe Enterprise Agreement
The Enterprise License Agreement is a campus-wide Adobe solution
New program, pioneered by Indiana University
Based on FTE count
similar formula to Microsoft, but not exactly
Based on suites (Design, Master, etc.)
Several departments are interested – is yours?
