1. Soldering process 1
Add the soldering material on the soldering pad of speaker in order to solder the wire on the speaker

2. Soldering Process 2 Put the wire on the soldering pad and use the soldering tool to solder the wire on the speaker. Recommend Soldering temperature 300℃, Soldering timing 2 seconds ,

3. Soldering Process 3 After soldering process, then put the speaker on the table to cool at 30 seconds. Customer can assemble the wire with connector on their PCB at 30 seconds later.

4. Question 1 We wonder if the customer assemble the wire with connector on their PCB after the soldering process without putting the speaker on the table to cool and wait minutes because the soldering pad was glued on the speaker and the glue will be melted during the soldering process with higher temperature and it must put the speaker on the table to cool. So, the wire and solder pads come off.
