Our process for establishing reasonable & productive print quotas:
Analyzed historical print data, Benchmarking, ‘Voice of the Student’ and Quota modeling.
Pilot implementation process validated the quota parameters.
Results:
We have experience an over 55% CLC print volume reduction. (Over 1 million printed pages in savings).
Less than 5% of the users acquired more print quota beyond what was allotted.
