The aim and basic purposes of the National Project:
Formation of affordable housing market and maintenance of comfortable conditions of Russia citizens residence
Creation of conditions for development in housing sector and increase of a security level of the population by housing accommodation via increase of housing construction volumes and necessary municipal infrastructure, development of financial - credit institutes and mechanisms
Creation of conditions for bringing of an existing affordable housing fund and a municipal infrastructure into accord with the quality standards providing comfortable conditions of residence
Maintenance of conditions of access of the population to consumption of housing and municipal services at corresponding to their solvent demand and social standards level
