The Company provides a Buy Back Policy to the distributors who wishes to resign from his/her distributorship and return any Vaidyasaar Pro products that are in good condition, useable, resalable, restock-able, unopened, and unaltered and the shelf life of the goods have not expired. The product invoice should be within 30 days from the date of purchase.
A Distributor should send a Refund Application with all Product Details including Product Name & Quantity .
After Thorough Verification & Acknowledgement of the products in Head Office .Written Approval is send to Distributor .On approval, the amount refunded will be on distributor cost Price (DP) of the product being returned , less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase and less 10% service charge .The Balance Refund Amount will be Send to Distributors Bank Account mentioned in Registration Form in 7 to 10 working Days .
The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the Company , the obligation to ensure that the distributor is buying products wisely.

45. Diamond Bonus (14% Pool)
Vaidyasar to set aside 14% of Company's monthly PV as Diamond Bonus (DB) Pool.
This is computed by a "Point System" based on the Diamond Bonus points earned by all qualifying Diamond and above achievers.
DB point index would be allotted on the basis of the monthly computation and is likely to vary from month to month and would be determined and announced post month closing.
The formula of determining DB points is as mentioned below:

In the above example X1 is also a qualified Pink Diamond and is eligible to receive

6% on his own SGPV = 6% of = 1800 points
5% on A’s PGPV = 5% of 1,30, = 6500 points

49. DYNAMIC COMPRESSION SYSTEM
To qualify for DB, all qualifiers have to have a personal purchase of 750 PPV.
DB will be paid on all qualified diamond groups
If your direct diamond downline has not qualified, then the PGPV of non qualified diamond is clubbed down till a qualified diamond irrespective of the generation. However, If no Qualified Diamond is found then the PGPV of non qualified diamond is clubbed to the PGPV of the first Qualified Diamond above.

51. Roll up of non qualified Diamond PGPV for upline’s title and DB calculation
X5 (NQD) PGPV will be first rolled up to X4 (NQD) which in this case makes the
PGPV of X4 = ( ). Even now X4 does not qualify as he has inadequate PGPV.
Now, the PGBV of both X5 and X4 will be rolled up to X3 which makes the PGBV of
X3 = ( ). This makes X3 a Qualified Diamond.
Now the rolling up of PGPV of X5 and X4 will stop at X3 as X3 has qualified as a
Diamond by using the non qualified PGPV
Now we will roll up the PGPV of X2 (NQD) to X3 which makes X3’s PGPV as 28000,
Thus making X1 as a Qualified Pink Diamond.

Rules:
A qualifying up-line Pink Diamond and above can earn MOB only on all Qualified Pink Diamond and above down-lines PGPV upto 8 generations.
In order to earn on all the qualifying generations in your depth (as mentioned in MOB table) you must maintain a title higher than all qualifying downlines .
Incase your Downline in the MOB qualification leg is at equal or higher paid as title than you, then you will be paid only on one more generation under him/her
Non Qualified volumes will be considered for MOB earning only in legs which qualify for MOB
