Peer-to-Peer Fundraisers: 6 Total P2P Giving: $6,920.52 Average raised/page: $988.65 Average donors/page: ~12 Fundraising goal reached: 2* of 6 *some are still ongoing Dan, Lovisa, Becky, Holly, and Tessa created a P2P page

10 Challenges & Lessons Collaborative fundraising is hard & requires forging new collective culture Building trusting relationships is essential for advancing new ideas and practices Staff support and inform Committee’s work, but there are many tasks that can be delegated

11 Where We Are Going Launching Campaign in June (2nd Committee)
Increasing Board fundraising engagement Committee set 2017 goal of raising $10K through peer-to-peer fundraisers Development of P2P Toolkits Committee owning big pieces of cultivation & stewardship Jocelyn will keep breathing
