Contract Manager The Contract Manager is a complete solution for the management of contracts. The system can have both Generic contracts set up as standards for reuse and actual contracts used for each project. The system has five main buttons; Details, Documents, Accounts, Milestones and Time & Attendance. HRSE001-01

Contract Manager The Contract Details button has three tabs; Details specifies the planned and actual start and end dates, contract value, etc; Accounts has the default chart of accounts settings; Employees/Rates details the charge out and cost rates per hour and mileage rates. HRSE001-01

Contract Manager The Documents connected to the contract can be scanned or electronically transferred and then linked to the contract so they can be viewed. HRSE001-01

Contract Manager Milestones can be set up as payment points in the contract and within each milestone tasks can be allocated against which hours can be booked.

Contract Manager The Time & Attendance button has four main tabs. Contract Times records all time from employees / contractors and compares planned to actual hours to show a variance. Employee / Contractor tab has a spreadsheet type interface for entering daily hourly records of employee or contractor work completed. Employee / Contractor monthly tab shows a monthly history of employee or contractor work completed. The History Search tab provides historical searches by employee, contractor or contract.

Contract Manager The Accounts button records the invoices raised in Sales, Costs incurred in Procurement and a Statement showing the profit or loss from the Contract.
